I'm now a Glutard.
Yup, you heard that right. I'm officially a Glutard. What's a Glutard? It's someone who can't eat Gluten. What's Gluten? It's the stuff that's in good food.
So, basically, I've just kissed the days of eating good food goodbye. You will now find me in the aisles of Wild Oats like everyone else in Boulder. I'll probably start wearing Tevas too. Heaven help me.

Is the gluten bug in the water in Boulder? Does that mean when I come visit you I shouldn't drink the water, but stick to Coke, like in Mexico? I am sorry to hear you have to go through that, it would be a damn thing to have to deal with.

They have gluten free pizza crust at Beau Jo's. It might save you from sliding into the pit of despair someday.
